Our commitment 

We do not send unsolicited bulk email, and we do not permit anyone else to send it on our behalf. 

This policy applies to every domain we use to send email, including norclad.uk, norclad.co, norclad.co.uk, timbercladdingsolutions.co.uk and amorcladding.com. 

What we do not do 

  • We do not buy, rent, harvest or scrape email address lists. 
  • We do not operate an affiliate or incentive programme, and we do not pay or authorise any third party to send bulk email promoting our products on our behalf. Merchants and stockists who sell our products market them under their own name and their own policies. 
  • We do not send bulk or templated email to addresses obtained from any source other than our own business records. 
  • We do not use another organisation’s mailing list to reach people who have no relationship with us. 

What we send 

  • Correspondence with customers, suppliers and people who have contacted us. 
  • Occasional updates to existing and former customers of NORclad about the business, its products and its ownership. 
  • Quotations, order information and project correspondence requested by the recipient. 

Before any bulk send, every address is verified as a live mailbox immediately beforehand. Addresses that fail verification, that bounce, or where we hold no record of a business relationship are removed and not contacted. 

Project correspondence 

Timber cladding is specified project by project. Where a live project is in the public domain — a planning application, a tender notice, a published specification — we may contact a named architect, specifier or contractor working on that project individually, about that project. 

That correspondence is written by a member of our team to one person, about one scheme, and sent from their own mailbox. It is not a campaign, it is not templated, and the recipient is not added to any mailing list as a result. If you would prefer we did not contact you this way, tell us and we will not. 

Opting out 

You can stop receiving email from us at any time. Reply to any message and ask, or write to sales@amorcladding.com. We will action the request within 5 working days and add the address to a permanent suppression list. You do not need to give a reason. 

Reporting a problem 

If you believe you have received email from us that breaches this policy, please tell us at sales@amorcladding.com. We investigate every report, and we will tell you what we find and what we have done. 

Review 

This policy is reviewed at least annually and whenever our sending practice changes.
