A prestigious “Carbon Zero” project using a range of timber cladding/façade and decking products.

MicroShades “Brunnea” cladding and other bespoke products were selected based sustainability, a 30 year Koppers treatment warranty against rot and fungal (out of ground contact) with little or no maintenance required, and other important considerations such as cost and ease of installation.

NORclad have been supplying the Barratts Zero Carbon site for nearly 4 years. It has been a great project to revisit and take photographs as the new phases are created, as well as seeing how the original properties and show homes have weathered over this same period.
