NORclad supplied this project for a new office block on West Hill Farm in Tunstall, East Yorkshire.

The project was carried out by Foster Construction. Initially they were thinking of using a composite cladding but, having discussed the project with our in-house team, and viewed samples of our cladding range, they decided to go with a timber cladding that better suited the rural surroundings.

The pre-weathered appearance of our Argento Timber Cladding range suited the project perfectly. Argento Cladding is produced from French Douglas Fir, a durable and visually appealing softwood species known for its natural beauty, strength, and resistance to decay. The Glulam manufacturing process ensures enhanced stability and the boards are then treated with a unique grey preservative which allows more uniform weathering overtime.

Our Argento Douglas Fir cladding is sourced from responsibly managed forests, ensuring minimal environmental impact. All timber is sourced and machined to CE/CA Quality Grading Requirements.
