Timber Cladding: NORclad Siberian Larch with NORclad “Brunnea” Treatment
Working closely with the architect we were able to help create a specification for their client, Goya Developments, a London and Rutland based property development company which specialises in urban warehouse and commercial development.

North Gatwick Gateway is an exciting and unique new 5 unit development with accommodation ranging from 20,000 – 168,674 sq.ft.
Located fronting the A23, a principle link road between Redhill to the North and Crawley to the South. Gatwick Airport is approximately 4 miles away. The units will have excellent transport links to the Southern M25 and A23/M23.
Grade B NORclad Siberian Larch was selected for this project. For added peace of mind, this moderately durable species the received our NORclad “Brunnea” Treatment.
Brunnea offers a 30 year warranty against rot & fungal decay, along with an element of colour stability VS traditional untreated timbers.
