Architect: Austin Smith Lord
Completed: Summer 2017
Timber Cladding: Untreated Siberian Larch
Untreated Siberian Larch was supplied for this project, NORclad Grade B was supplied, offering a fair spread of knots, along with the distinctive grain of the species.
After approximately 3 years the timber has weathered down to a silver grey, and now has the softer appearance to blend in to its surroundings and contrast the other materials on the building.

Profiles
- The bulk of the horizontal cladding is a bespoke chamfered profile (Ex 25 x 100mm) that was agreed with the Architect.
- Vertical timbers on the building are in a number of dimensions, Ex 25 x 100, Ex 50 x 50mm, and Ex 50 x 75mm.
- Alongside both orientations of timber are bespoke corner trims, and window reveals.
